Greetings from the Hannaford Helps Schools (HHS) Program Team! The application below is the first step to your school’s participation in this annual program that supports education in the communities served by Hannaford across the Northeast.

To participate in the 2024 Hannaford Helps Schools program, applications must be submitted by
February 29th, 2024. All submissions received after this date will be considered for the 2025 Hannaford Helps Schools program.

ONCE YOUR SCHOOL IS APPROVED, YOU WILL NOT NEED TO SIGN UP AGAIN; YOU WILL BE INCLUDED AUTOMATICALLY IN THE PROGRAM EACH YEAR.

Following submission, you will be contacted by an HHS Team member with approval and/or questions to complete and approve your application.
