Greetings from the Hannaford Helps Schools (HHS) Program Team! The application below is the first step to your school’s participation in this annual program that supports education in the communities served by Hannaford across the Northeast.

Once your school is approved, you will not need to sign up again; you will be included automatically in the program each year.

Please complete all application areas marked with an asterisk. Other requested information is optional.

Following submission, you will be contacted by an HHS Team member with approval and/or questions to complete and approve your application.
